What are the sizes of portraits with frames?
We have two sizes for 1 pet portrait and 1 size for 2 pets portrait.
1 pet portrait: 11x14" and 14x17"
2 pets portrait: 14x17"
What are the Poster-Only and Digital Download options?
Poster-Only means you will only get a canvas poster and no frame.
Digital Download means you will receive a digital image of the portrait and no physical copy. You can print it out any size you want at your local store.
What are your pet portraits and frames made of?
All of our pet portraits are printed on gallery-quality canvas fabric using high-end eco solvent printer that will produce the best quality in color and 100% recreation of the original artwork.
The semi-hardwood frames are made from sustainable materials and lightweight which makes it easy to hang or put on a shelf.
How many pets can I have in one portrait and what types of pets do you illustrate?
You can have a maximum of two pets per portrait. All the pets are welcomed in our portrait shop!
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, each product is unique and final sale. We do not accept return item. However, if you are not satisfied with the drawing, you can email support@mickeyandmolly.com and we will have an expert to communicate with you and send a new drawing if needed.
